C | “健身去哪儿”？曾几何时，这是成县人挂在嘴边的叹息。如今下楼就是标准化球场、智能步道、儿童乐园，那句话再没人提了。东河体育公园自2020年开始修建，总投资1080万元，其中中国体育彩票公益金资助达900万元，由成县县委、县政府实施，甘肃省体育局监制。项目开工以来，陇南市体育局积极履行全市体育设施建设与监管职责，深入了解全民健身体育场地设施运维情况，对项目建设和运营发挥了重要的监督指导作用。自开放以来，就没断过人。“公园周边居民区密集，覆盖人群超过12万人，真正做到了嵌入城市、服务市民。”体育部门相关负责人介绍，公园实现了“15分钟健身圈”的覆盖，让体育惠民触手可及。走进公园，功能分区清晰明确，设施配备一应俱全。5.5公里标准化健身步道蜿蜒穿行于绿树花丛之间，122台（套）智能健身器材整齐排列，随时可见市民“刷脸”查看运动数据。球类运动区铺设悬浮地板总面积达4376平方米，包含2块篮球场、5块羽毛球场、1个乒乓球场并配置球台20副，笼式足球场、网球场、多功能运动场分列其间。
D | 更贴心的是，公园还专门设置了超过3000平方米的儿童娱乐活动区和超过15000平方米的成人健身活动区，防滑步道、休闲座椅、健身驿站、雕塑景墙、休闲厅等设施点缀其中，一步一景，老少皆宜。“从前跑老远，现在下楼就开练。”正在锻炼的张大妈说。公园里体彩的标识随处可见。每个功能区都有“中国体育彩票捐赠、甘肃省体育局监制”的牌子，“公益体彩 乐善人生”八个大字刷在墙上。群众在挥洒汗水的同时，自然而然地感受到体育彩票“来之于民、用之于民”的公益初心。东河边的这一幕，在成县并非独一份。近年来，成县累计争取体彩公益金1100余万元，100%全部投向公共体育服务提质增效。以东河为轴，体育公园一期二期和青泥河健身步道相继建成；结合水生态治理，健身步道、智能器材、儿童游乐设施无缝嵌入河道生态廊道，彻底打破了“健身场地与自然景观割裂”的传统模式。老百姓边散步边看水、边健身边赏景，运动从“完成任务”变成了“享受生活”。9个乡镇多功能运动场、16条乡村健身路径陆续建成，全县245个村实现健身器材全覆盖；“国球进社区、国球进公园”的落地，进一步织密了“城区15分钟健身圈、乡村健身全覆盖”的普惠格局。乡村的步子迈开了，城里的也没落下。依托体彩公益金，成州体育中心完成升级改造，既满足群众日常健身，又能承接省级专业训练和赛事活动。目前县体育中心、体育馆常年免费开放，年开放天数超335天、日均人流量5000余人次，彻底破解了群众“健身去哪儿”的民生难题，真正把体彩公益金转化为了群众看得见、摸得着、可感知的幸福质感。
